Seamlessly insert form data directly into your MySql database. You can also export all of your data easily to a CSV file!

Easily send your form data to a custom PHP script or backend service with a simple url.
You can run one or all 3 actions with every form submission.
Examples Forms
The starter pack contains all of the form stack that you need to build basic forms. You get Form Base, Text Input and Textarea stacks. The fields even support inline validation. Try it out!
